THE GOODS:
60ml ANJEA Vodka
5ml Dry Vermouth
2.5cm (1 inch) Cucumber chunk

THE METHOD:
Muddle cucumber in shaker until fully pulped. Fill shaker with ice, add dry vermouth and ANJEA vodka then stir well. Double Strain into chilled martini glass.

THE GARNISH:
Fine sliced cucumber or olive on a skewer.
